Q: Where will my shoot take place?
A: Client is responsible for picking and securing a shoot location. If you don’t know where to start the photographer can send you a list of credible free and fee based venues upon request.
Q: How long will it take to get my photos?
A: Turn around time is dependent on the package you select but most clients receive their deliverables within 24 hours.
Q: How many photos will I get?
A: The amount of photos you’ll receive are stated in your package description.
Q: Can I print the photos you deliver to me?
A: Yes. However we can not guarantee the photo quality of the printed images that are not printed by us.
Q: What if I want more photos then what is included?
A: You can purchase separate photo packages at a discounted rate after you have viewed your images with your photographer.
Q: What if I want more photo retouches then what is included?
A: You can add additional retouch services at a rate of $20 an image.
Q: How much retouching do you do?
A: We work with master photo retouchers who can perform soft natural edits to dramatic vibrant edits. You can discuss with your photographer which style best fits your needs.
Q: Do you instruct on posing?
A: Yes. Your photographer is a master at posing subjects in the most flattering manner.
Q: Who owns the copyright to my photos?
A: Your photographer owns the copyright of all photos taken for 70 years.
Q: What if I need to reschedule?
A: You can reschedule anytime through our online system as long as you do so before the 24 hour window closes.
Q: How far in the future can I book?
A: Our calendar allows for bookings up to 1 year in advance.
